1. Order Processing, Handling Time

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Zones, Rates & Transit Times

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the destination and availability.

  • Shipping Cost: $8.00 Flat Rate (applies to all orders within the United States)
  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days (Monday – Friday)
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–8 business days total (processing time + transit time)

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday order volumes.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information typically takes 24–48 hours to update and become active on the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Addresses & Restrictions

We ship to the following destinations within the United States:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Outbound Shipments: If an order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our policies.

Reporting Window: If your package arrives damaged, broken, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@luvrox.store with your order number and clear photographic proof of the issue.

Resolution: Once verified, we may provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Inbound (Return) Shipments: Customers are responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us for standard returns.
