To initiate a return, please contact us at support@luvrox.store within 30 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address after reviewing your request.
All returns must be sent by mail. Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Item Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, tags, protective cases, and cleaning cloths.
Items showing signs of wear, scratches, damage, or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
4. Return Shipping Fees
Customer Remorse:
If you changed your mind, selected the wrong style, or no longer want the item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will provide return assistance at no additional cost.
5. Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees.
6. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
